cox email

I am having problems in Phoenix.  I can send but not receive ( the popup says "cannot send message using the server....). I had your outgoing problem for the last 2 months but not today Monday, 6/22.

Not sure the proper way to contact Tiffany R regarding an email account question.  She seems to be very good at resolving issues.  Any help to post a question to her would be much appreciated.

Outgoing email doesn't work on any of my computers. All running Outlook 2013 on Windows 8.1. It's been down for a week now. First time noticed in February. Called tech support many times over past 4 months. They're not helpful at all. I am just sick and tired of Cox.

I am not aware of any unusual issue with the email service. Are you getting any error when trying to send these emails? What size are these emails? Are you using the webmail service at cox.net or are you using a program like Outlook?
