Cox Email

I am having a problem with my Cox email not saving my "Sent" emails.  And I am having trouble "Forwarding" emails. Any suggestions on how to fix the problems?

I tried emailing tech support and as usual they did not address the issue. Sometimes I feel like tech support @ Cox  is another species.  I rec'd what looked like an automated response asking me what email I use & naming a few that did not include Cox Email.   Hummmm.  Well do you think I contacted Cox tech support because I might just have COX email? Yes I am being sarcastic.

 I think Cox does that on purpose so no one will contact tech support.  So I am hoping real people are here on this forum.
