COX Email - 'Remember User ID' Setting

I un-check the 'Remember User ID' box on the primary COX email login screen and every time I navigate to the start page that box is checked.

I've bounced back and forth between classic and enhanced modes and am still unable able to resolve. I even tried to restore my pc back to a date prior to this occurring to avail.

I need this box to stay un-checked due to multiple email users on this one pc....I don't want the last ID to be 'remembered' on the logon screen.

Help!!!
