Can I keep my cox email address with Century Link being my provider since Cox is not offered where I will be living

No, I do not think you can. Cox used to offer where you could pay just for a email address, but they stopped. You might want to switch to a non ISP email provider that can move with you.

No. Cox doesn't offer that option. Start sending out notices to your friends and family. The earlier you do this, the better.
