Cox contour app generic error 607
HI Everyone I am hoping someone might be able to help me with something . I have the contour app I am running the app on a Samsung Galaxy tab 4 Nook and the other day I had to reset my tablet . However I am unable to sign intothe contour app every time I try to sign in with the primary I'd user name and password I get a message that says Generic Error I have called cox several times and no one seems to be able to make sense of why I can no longer be able to sign into my contour app I really appreciate any information or help as to why I keep getting the error message that I am getting

I am having the same problem.
I am using a Google Nexus 7 running Android 6.0.
I get Generic Error.607

Hi Edward I to answer your question I am it's the original contour app and I am running android version 4..4.2 that's the latest version of android Im running buy from I am seeing iam not the only one who is having a issue with the original contour app something tells me the contour app needs a update and according to the information on the Google play store the Lastime update to the contour app was on September 24 2015

try the contour 2 app. it works on my nexus 7. the original contour app was giving me the 607 error also.
