Cox Box

My Cox box broke down recently and you guys came and put a replacement in.

My wife handled the visit as I was at work.

When i got home, your service engineer had replaced my small dvr box with a battered, scratched huge thing from the 1990's!

I want the box that I'm paying for not some second bag of ** that you guys have left me.

What do I need to do get a replacement box please?
