Cox blocking Ch 8

You know it really doesn't matter WHY Cox blocked Ch 8--all of us Cox users KNOW it was greed and lack of respect for what their customers want and DESERVE.  Cox constantly raises prices every 6 mos.  Mine has doubled in the time I have had Cox, and i am one of those longtime customers (15 yrs now).  AND WE ALL KNOW THAT COX IS DELAYING SAYING YES TO CH 8 AS A BARGAINING DEVICE TO SAVE THEM MONEY.  No matter that we customers ARE THE ONES WHO SUFFER, MISSING ONE OF THE BIG 3 LOCAL STATIONS, and probably the top station in the area of quality programming.  I don't know that the forum will do any good--I doubt seriously if anyone from Cox reads this.  BUT HERE'S WHAT I'M WONDERING--IS IT LEGAL FOR COX TO BLOCK A LOCAL NETWORK STATION???  Isn't there a case to be made that not providing one of our local news outlets isn't legal??  If anyone has any idea what to do about this---speak up.  I have called---but you just get a Cox customer service rep---and the Cox commitment site IS A JOKE that they use to spread their explanation blaming it on KLAS mgmt.  Notice on the website and elsewhere, there are no executive websites or emails you can personally complain to at all.  Anybody, any ideas???  I am under a Cox contract I signed up for the save a little money because of Cox prices---but I think I'm going to fight their holding me to it BECAUSE WHEN I SIGNED UP, I DID IT WITH THE ASSUMPTION THAT A MAJOR LOCAL STATION WOULD NOT DISAPPEAR BECAUSE OF THEIR GREED.  What do YOU think?
