Cox Backup slow

I have Gigabit, and am trying to use the Cox Drive backup for about 240GB.  After 24 hours it has only moved about 24GB.  I would have expected 24 hours to be more than enough to be done or close to.

Hi, I agree it should have completed by now. Are you using a wired connection or wireless? What speeds are you seeing when you test the connection?
