couple channels not coming in.

I just installed 2 new cox mini boxes and one of the tvs get all the channels no problem. On the other tv there are about 5-7 channels that don't come in. Its either off air or a boxy picture. Could this be having an older tv cable running to the t.v?

Hi rick.c, were you able to receive the channels before using the same cable?

Yes. As soon as I installed the cox mini box they didn't come in. Just not sure if its a weak signal due to going all digital

Hi rick.c, are you experiencing the same issue on any other TV sets?

Hi Rick c., 3.1.4 indicates that the is currently no TV signal detected on this channel. The channel may be temporarily off air. If the channel is coming in fine on your other set, then I suggest re-checking to make sure all cables are tightly connected and any splitters are tight as well.

I had a 3.1.4 error on the STB version of a LOCAL HD station, but the ClearQAM of the same station was fine. [Both at 627MHz.)

Very odd.

Re-booting STB cleared it up.
