Contour viewing problem....

I have the main Contour box installed in our Living room and in the game room I have what the installer called a "client" box....we have the HBO/Showtime/Starz/Movie Channel packages on our account. We are able to access the Premium channels (1300 and up) on the main Contour box in the living room however it is saying that a subscription in required when we try to access them thru the "client" box in the game room.

Why? The installer and the Rep at the store said that I could watch it on both without having to pay for an additional subscription....is that incorrect?
