Contour Not Recording

Question

I switched from the regular DVR to Contour a few months ago and I keep having problems with recording. I have several missed recordings due to not enough space, but I always have at least 90% free space. If I delete some shows, it'll record again. I don't have a lot of shows saved so I think the 90% free space is accurate. Any advice?

Hi, first check all the connections to make sure they are all tight. Next, unplug the power cord from the receiver, wait two minutes, then plug the power cord back in. This will reset the receiver. Please allow up to 30 minutes for the cable box to program. If you are still experiencing the same issue, you may want to replace the box.
