Contour Guide Softweare Upgrade [ Realse Date For Rhode island]
hello cox I Had Recentley Posted A Question On Here Regading The Upcoming Softweare that is Coming To The Contur Guide I Was Just Wonering If You Folks At Cox Had A Realse Date For The Rhode Island Area Yet I Was Told By a Cox Rep.on This Form Her Name Was Becky That the Upgrade To The Contour Guide Would Br Done Sometime In May So I Was Just wondering when i cant expect to See the All New Contour Guide In Rhode Island ?

Good question. I checked the last post you made and she said all the boxes should be upgraded by end of May, but mentioned some may be done earlier. Are you asking if RI is one of those places? I hope so, I'm from Rhode Island too. Nice to meet you :-)

The update has been delayed. So far I haven't seen any announcements for a new timeline, but if I come across something I'll be sure to let you know.
