Contour app on cell phone

On my cell phone, when I turn it sideways, the screen stretches to full screen. Is this the outcome for which you are looking or do you want to display the show on a different monitor, like a TV?

The problem was a setting in my phone that prevent full screen when turning the cell phone sideway

I would like the app available for the Amazon FireTV and Roku.   

Don't understand what the delay is?     I'm not happy paying the mini box fee for television I used

to watch in room like for example an exercise room, or a office area that I might be only in for 30 mins.

The mini box fee as I expected has already gone up in the monthly price when it should be free to subscribers

since it was COX who made the decision to go Digital.  Subscribers should not have to pay for this.
