Contour 2 not showing right channel feed ( xfinity )

My contour 2 is not showing the right channel feed and I keep getting error codes XRE-00021 and XRE-03056 saying something about xifinity? Cox had me swap out my box for another contour 2 and still does the same thing. I ended up going back to contour 1 and it works fine what gives? has the issue with contour 2 been fixed????? Disappointed in the communication with cox so far and how its being handled.
