Over the past 2-3 weeks I've experienced a handful of short (30-60 second) drops in connectivity, and they seem to be on the rise. Is it possible to remotely check the signal strength?

"Is it possible to remotely check the signal strength?"
Are you asking is it possible, or are you asking for a Cox employee on this forum to do it?
Were you just trying to find out what your signal levels are? If so, you should be able to find on 192.168.100.1 or what ever your gateway IP is if you have a modem/router combo. I can give specifics but would need to know what modem device you have.

The signal levels look good however I do see some hints of a power issue. Do you have the modem connected to a power strip with a lot of other devices? You could try moving it to a different power source and see if that helps.
