Just installed the cloud storage software on an IMac running Yosemite 10.10.1. Trying to sign into the cloud results in an immediate error message and cloud shutdown. Any info or updates to provide a working cloud storage would be appreciated.

Have the exact same problem on my MacBook Air. Website seems to Mavericks isn't supported, much less Yosemite. A little help Cox?

I am a Cox High Speed Internet customer and I have Safari 8.0. So I am exceeding the minimum system requirements. But Cox Cloud Drive appears to crash immediately for users of Mac's Yosemite operating system. Is there a timeframe for a fix?

Hi again from daveonpell. I noted earlier about error messages from the cloud software and then <magically> it started working reasonably.Subsequently I tried several backups and the cloud backup would start OK but never went past about 37% complete. Lately I have been experiencing some strange behavior in that my computer would lose focus and not respond to keyboard input in a timely fashion. This effect was noticeable when signing into web sites and when editing data in spreadsheet files ( specifically Excel and open office spreadsheet). On the theory that you undo the last thing you have changed when an error occurs, I removed the Cloud app from the header bar and suddenly everything worked fine again. Just my experience. This is on a 27" iMac (mid 2011) iMac running Yosemite 10.10.1
