Cloud Drive for OS X is Faulty

I installed Cox's Cloud Drive on my MacBook Pro (OS X 10 Yosemite) but found out that the app was causing the focus on the screen to shift away from the open window (Safari, Word, Outlook, etc.) to the Cloud Drive app that was running in the background. I took my MacBook Pro to the Apple Store so that they could help me diagnose the problem, which is how we found out the Cloud Drive app was the cause of the problem.
