Cisco tuning adapter
The Current Cisco TA Firmware is: FLASH: STA1.0.0_1520_LR_F.1601
The Newly Released Firmware is: FLASH: STA1.0.0_1520_LR_F.1901
Does Cox have a date to roll out the new firmware for the Cisco TA?
The current firmware has a bug that causes it to drop communication with the Tivo units.

Where are you located?
The current Cox Cisco Tuning Adapter firmware has been STA1.0.0_1520_LR_F.2001 since Fall 2014.

All Cox Cisco markets should be at F.2001, have you tried exchanging the TA for a new one, Perhaps something is preventing your TA from receiving the firmware update.
