Cisco Cable Box keeps rebooting and flashing OCAP message
Hello,
This morning we found that our Cisco 4742HDC box was not working. It keeps shutting down and then turning itself back on - it flashes an OCAP message, then this _ _: _ _ and then this ., then it shuts down and restarts again. How can we fix this or do we need a new box?

Sometimes they Do and sometimes they Do Not.
I would replace the HD Receiver, your description indicates it is bad.
