Check my modem firmware / speed
Moved to a new house at the beginning of this year. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get my speeds up to par. I have Premier 100Mbps, but only get around half that 50-60 on a good day. I would like to double check the modem firmware which shows as a Cisco DSA321N which I got from Cox to support my phone and internet. If it is good I will start replacing the line coming into the house to see if it helps. The installer patched into old coax that looked like it came from a satellite dish. Thank you Doug Twyman

I think you have the DPQ3212. Does it look like this?
Also, how are you measuring your speed? From a site? Are you connecting directly to the phone modem while testing or through a router?
Last, what are your signal levels? You should be able to find them at 192.168.100.1 webpage, which should look like this.
