Lately a group of channels from roughly 200-298 are going off unexpectedly and staying off for extended periods. They are simply saying channel is temporarily off the air. What is going on.

The cable boxes in your case when I look appear to be experiencing signal related issues. I would check all the connections to make sure they're hand tight then try disconnecting the power for two minutes and reconnecting to see if that helps any. If the issue persists we may need to arrange for a technician to come troubleshoot further.

One of your cable boxes along with your modem are reporting poor signal levels. You can try disconnecting power to the box for two minutes and reconnecting to reset it and see if that helps although it looks like it may be necessary for a technician to come out and troubleshoot if you continue to experience problems.

In many cases a reset of the cable box can correct this issue. That can be done by disconnecting the power cable for two minues and reconnecting when waiting for the box to complete the start up process.
