Channel in guide not showing programs

Recently have noticed one hi-def channel, fox 2006, will not display channel guide. it lists times 30 min. apart with description "to be announced". The analog fox channel,06,lists normal guide. Have Contour box and have tried a reset. Manhattan,Ks. location.
