From the UT legal section:
"Cox Communications announces the following change to the channel lineup in our San Diego North and South service areas: effective on or about May 1, 2014, TNT will be added as part of the TV Economy package. Consumer owned devices equipped with a CableCARD may require a two way capable device or digital receiver in order to receive all programming options offered by Cox. pub 4/2/14"

"Cox Communications announces the following change to the channel lineup in our San Diego North and South service areas: effective on or about May 6, 2014, Cox Communications California will make the following changes: Jewelry TV will move from ch. 198 to ch. 97. Consumer owned devices equipped with a CableCARD may require a two way capable device or digital receiver in order to receive all programming options offered by Cox. pub 4/3/14"
