Channel 12 Not full Screen

For the last two days Channel 12 has not been full screen. The other channels are OK. What is the deal?

Hi Bill, can you describe what you are seeing? Is your TV set an HD TV?

Yes, it is a HD TV and Channel 12 is coming in squeezed together and figures are elongated with large space on each side.

I turned TV off and back on, and it is OK now!
