Changes To The Fast Forward Function
Does anyone else have a problem with the recent change in how the fast forward function works? I can no longer see the video change when I fast forward and reverse. I now have to guess at the point I want to begin resuming regular speed video. It's a crazy, stupid change in my opinion and I want Cox to restore the old (yesterday) function. I'd like to enlist your support to get them to do it. Please shout out!

The video is visible when *I* fast forward a recording. What DVR are you using? What IPG?

What model DVR are you using? I haven't noticed any changes when I fast forward on my DVR. When did you first notice this change?

Tried recording and fast forwarding on 12/24. Works just fine. Can't explain my issue with two CNBC programs recorded on 12/23 but I will have to retire my complaint.

Did you make any changes to fix the issue? I cannot fast forward certain shows but have no problem with others. Not sure what's going on.
