Captioning sync issues

i have the Latin package and enjoy watching shows on Telemundo and Univision. Recently the English captions for Univision are not synced. The lag and the will skip some portions that should be there and the speed up. But this never catches up to the audio feed. The On Demand channels are worse. The caption bar will not scroll properly, lag and speed up, and it overlaps some existing text. How to fix this?  This is an expensive add on package that I'm not getting full use of.
