Trying to use HBO GO, with the Android app I get: HTTP Status 500: type Status report message description: The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request.

In Google chrome on Mac OS, I get: 

Request Entity Too Large

The requested resource
/selfservice2/secure/changesecurityandpreferences.action
does not allow request data with GET requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.

I do have HBO with my cable plan. I've cleared cache, history, etc. already. I don't have the ability to do that with the HBO GO app on my phone.
