Cannot send from Microsoft Exchange (via Outlook) while on ISP

My company uses Microsoft Exchange. Specifically, we use the new online version of Exchange called Microsoft 365. While at home (on the Cox ISP), it will not send emails no matter what. How can I get this to work?

Access to SMTP which is what is used to end email is restricted on our network to help control spam and prevent unauthorized email servers from being run.  If your email provider offers secure SMTP you can use those settings and they should work.  If not, you'll have to use our SMTP server while on network as per the setting described here:
