Cannot receive emails on a Galaxy Tablet 3 with Android 4.3

The tablet seemed to set up the email information correctly according to what it's the default settings but no email is coming down.  Any ideas on what needs to be changed?

Do you by chance have any PC's setup to receive email via Outlook Express or any other email software?  If you have POP access setup on any device it'll delete your email from the server by default as it downloads which will make it look to your tablet like you have no emails.
