Cannot log into my e-mail account

I cannot log in and open my e-mail account, since you have changed your email format. every time I try it just says there isban error.

What error do you get? Can you also include what operating system and browser you are using? If you are trying to access the new WebMail (which is available only in limited areas at this time), there are some minimum requirements, which can be found here but I will include them below as well. 

To access Cox WebMail, you must use one of the following browsers.

  • Google Chrome
    • Windows - version 29 and above
    • Mac - version 32 and above
  • Internet Explorer - version 10 and above
  • Mozilla Firefox - version 26 and above
  • Safari - version 7 and above
