I keep getting the error:
Invalid Device
(28C68E/28C68EE35DB8)
I tried to change the developer tools as suggested in one post but it still doesn't work. I am using IE10. I get the same error with Firefox. Also when I run the Home Network Security check it says I'm not connected to a wireless network. Really? C'mon Cox.
Can't you at least make these tools work with IE10 or Firefox? And how am I not connected to any wireless network when obviously I am.

I really am disappointed that nobody from Cox support is addressing not only this issue I posted but other people have posted about the same issue.
Why can't we access items using IE10 and we get an error saying that we need to use IE6 or higher? We are using IE10 so what's the issue?
Can someone from Cox support please respond??

There are issues with some of the tools on our site dealing with IE10 that the work around is using compatibility mode though it does not sound like that is the issue if Firefox is also not opening it. To check does the Wireless security check give a error message as well or do you only notice it with the Home Network Manager?

Thank you for responding at least.
If you read my original question regarding Home Networking Security Check I get an error stating that I'm not connected to a wireless device- yet I am connected to the Cox wireless router. I get the same error every time I check. The Network Security check appears to work other than it telling me I"m not connected to a wireless device which is completely wrong.
