Caller I'd not showing on tv now
We got contour tv and our caller I'd showing on tv doesn't work any longer. We have even had a service rep come and try to fix it. He said something needed to be done on cox end but we have heard nothing and it still is not working. Help

Let's get to the bottom of this. Are you having this problem on all TVs? Is the caller ID working on the phone?

I used to have caller ID showing on my TV's, but recently it doesn't show any more. I pay for caller ID . I also have
been getting a lot of out of state call coming thru to my phone.

Has the TV Caller ID stopped working on all boxes or just one? Does the information display correctly on your phones? If it does, you may need to go into the box settings to turn the feature off and then back on to restart it. If the incoming call information still fails to display on the tv, please unplug the box's power for a full minute or two, then plug it back in. Let me know if this works.
As for the incoming out of state calls, I couldn't say who that is or why you are receiving them. If it is telemarketers you may need to register your telephone number on the National Do Not Call List at www.donotcall.gov
