i keep getting messages that my need to retype my browser i think i want the browser and server to be cox high speed internet is there some bad server

I think maybe you mean your home page is set to something wrong and/or something that is giving a error message.
To change your home page, just go to what ever page you want (IE http://ww2.cox.com/myconnection/home.cox) and then go to Tools > Internet Options > Click on "Use Current" under home page > Click Ok.

Hmm...that's hard to decipher. I think he previously logged into his Cox account and bookmarked the session. He now clicks the bookmark but gets a message the previous session has expired.
