Boxes rebooting

We have two cable/dvr boxes that continually reboot for no reason.  Unplugging them does not alleviate the problem.

School Owner, 

Please complete the following in order to troubleshoot:
1. Remove the cable line at the wall and at the back of the box.
2. Remove any splitters from the cable line leading into the receiver & make sure the cable line is a dedicated line going from the wall into the box. 
3. Reverse the direction of the cable and reconnect from the wall to the box. 
4. Unplug the power cord from either the back of the box or the wall outlet and leave unplugged for three minutes. 
5. Plug the power cord back in and allow it to reload (approximately 3-5 minutes). 
6. Test your channels and On Demand for any error codes or missing channels. 
Once this is done, please reply to us here & we will proceed with any additional actions which need to be taken to resolve this issue for you as quickly as possible.
