Better upload speed offerings

Where I live, I can get a 100mbps down and 10mbps up. While 100 is great, the 10 is miserable. I have to go to a 300/30 connection for significantly more money to get a decent upload. Cox is the only real provider in my area so I'm kinda stuck. It makes me very jealous of Verizon customers who get the matching upload and download speeds. 

Does Cox have any future plans to offer more competitive packages? I'm quite frustrated with the lack of down/up choices and would pay more for a better upload speed.
