Backspace not working in enhanced email
Looking thru some threads on the subject dated 3+ years ago with the issue of the backspace key not working using the Chrome browser (which at one time was a new guy on the block completing with Internet explorer...... NOT ANYMORE, Chrome is not a newguy, and is the big kid on the block). Other threads gave a lame excuse to use another browser????? Really? Got off the phone with tech support and they were at a loss 3yrs later? Any update on a fix.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this. We are aware of the issue with backspace and expect this to be addressed with the new Webmail. Safari and Chrome may still experience this in the meantime. Using Classic or Explorer may be a good work around for right now.
