Like other users here I have recently upgraded to premier and seem to be stuck at the preferred speeds, I activated my new SB6141 DOCSIS 3 Modem and called to upgrade my service to the Premier tier from the Preferred tier. Previously with the Preferred tier and DOCSIS 2 modem I was receiving on average 25-30 Mbps down. After the upgrade I am receiving the same speeds. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

I've updated your modem firmware and account service code so you should be able to take full advantage of the 50mbit download speed, except we're getting terrible signal-to-noise readings on your line.
I'd recommend checking for loose connections (actually with SNR like this I'd recommend checking for damaged wiring), but if everything on the inside has been checked then I'd have to recommend a service call.

Thanks, it was a loose wire, I've corrected it and everything looks much better, I'm getting around 50mbit now.
Again, many thanks.
