Adding a channel

My son asked me if we can add one channel to our line up, and its not in our package. can this be done without adding a whole package? channel 1312

Generally unless the channel is a premium channel it cannot be added separately.  In many cases the cost of adding a package is actually the same as adding a single premium.  Visit http://www.cox.com/channels for a list of channels offered in your area and package requirements.
