access to FX shows On Demand and online

I tried to sign in to watch a show on the FX website, but I get the message: "This video is outside of your subscription package." But we do subscribe to FX channel... how can I get online access? Also, American Horror Story still has not shown up in On Demand. Will this be added? Thank you.

To ensure that we properly address your question about the FX online access, can you send us an email with your name, full service address, and the last four of your SSN or Cox PIN to cox.help@cox.com so that we can review your account? Also, please provide us with the user ID that you're using to sign in with.

As far as On Demand, we update our library with new episodes as soon as we receive the content from the responsible network. Let us know if you have any other questions.
