4 digit channels

What will cox be doing for customers in Tulsa on 12/10/14 when cox tv channel lineup goes 4 digit and none of my TV's will take 4 digits meaning I will not be able to see any channels.

Hi,  please check out the following link: http://oak.ctx.ly/r/24vi7 Scroll down to and click on "View the Lineup." The left column has the information for SD channels and gives this example:

To find your channel in SD, subtract
1000. For example, ESPN in HD is 1300,
while ESPN in SD is 300.

Channels received on TVs without a Cox Advanced TV receiver or CableCARDTM device (analog customers) will stay the same. No channels are being dropped, and we are not changing service requirements. I hope this information helps.

None of your TVs use STBs?

What are the make/models of your TVs?

You use the channel selector of your set-top box...not your TV.  If you don't have a set-top box, get one.
