Voice Everywhere app discontinued

I just opened my voice everywhere app and it said it will be discontinued on Aug 31??  I use this app for the voicetools only.

It is much easier to open up the app to look at my call history than to go to the trouble of logging in to the website.  I was using

the previous app on my iPad, then they did away with that one and until I got a smartphone, I couldn’t use this app, now this one

is being taken away.  What gives?

Hello. I can confirm that the Voice Everywhere app is being discontinued at the end of this month. Going forward, you will need to use the website (cox.com) to access your online voice services through Voice Tools. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

I just called Cox earlier today, and was told it was being discontinued because it duplicated the Cox Voice Tools. I don't think I can make a phone call though using that when I'm traveling? I was told yes, but I don't see that option.

Voice tools are on the cox website...that’s different from the app.  Not sure why they would tell you they are both the same thing.  And no, I have not seen the option to make a phone call through the website either.
