Cox Panoramic wifi app fail

So I am having issue with WiFi app shows everything but my wifi users. I chat with 3 agents and neither one understood what I ment. All I wanna do is utilize the bedtime timer for my kids and we'll let's just say no wifi for anyone because I unplugged the darn thing no wifi til I can gain access on app. Assist please.

FYI

Cleared caché - cleared data - uninstalled app - re-installed app - reset app preferences - checked for update - clapped my hands and stompt on one foot and even that did not work.
