upgraded internet speed
i got a new package with supposedly double the internet speed....not only have i noticed no improvement, it actually seems slower at times. and yes,i have a proper modem...so what am i paying for exactly???

- Hi Averica, I'm sorry that you haven't seen the speed increase that you expected. So that we can generate modem connectivity data, please follow the steps at bit.ly/HowToRunCoxSpdTest, log in to cox.com, and run the Internet Speed Check tool a few times.
