Billing

I just re-signed up in September for TV and Internet.  Now, in December, my bill went up $20 ($4 Internet, $16 TV).   I just signed up.  Shouldn't it be locked in for a year?  That is what your commercials state.   Or do you not take care of your existing customers, just lock in new ones?

Mom is 92, has basic plan + Italian Channel and her bill now is $100. She’s in a senior living facility which only offers Cox. If we had a choice, we would shop for a better deal but unfortunately that is not possible. It would be nice if Cox would offer seniors (most of whom live on a tight budget) a cheaper/discounted  plan

Cox- it looks like you are definitely taking advantage of these seniors and that can be considered elder abuse/eploitation.

NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!
