Wrong channels for Providence Forge

Hello, I live in Providence Forge, Virginia/New Kent County, VA xxxx. The area is considered part of central Virginia/Richmond area. However, for nearly 2 weeks channels for the Hampton Roads area (Norfolk,  Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Newport News And Hampton) of Virginia are showing. This needs to be corrected as we are no longer able to see local Richmond area channels via Cox and the line up offered in general does not align with how it has been for the nearly 5 years I have lived at the same address in Providence Forge.  I am not the only one experiencing this problem. In my neighborhood, FB group there are several posts about the issue.
