Paramount Plus (also branded Paramount+) is a subscription streaming service available through an app, similar to Netflix. Cox does not yet have an agreement with Paramount to include Paramount Plus App through our Contour receivers. While Cox may add the Paramount Plus app to the available Contour 2 receiver apps at some point in the future, you would still need to sign up with the Paramount Plus app in order to access and begin streaming, as you can now do on compatible mobile devices, computers, tablets, game consoles, and Smart TVs. Because Paramount plus is not a channel but an app, we are able to submit an app request for you. Just email us at cox.help@cox.com with your full name/full address and your request.

Yes, you would have to pay Paramount for access to the Paramount+ app just like ESPN+, Discovery +, or Disney+ apps. Many networks are moving popular content to these premium apps. ESPN has UFC fights exclusively on the ESPN+ app as well as some other popular hockey and football games. And most Disney movies can now only be seen on the Disney + app.
