Still no cable tv signal in Gainesville? Update?

It’s Easter Sunday afternoon and no updates on outage in Gainesville, FL. No signal since Friday when storm blew through area. Website no longer has estimated signal restoration time which kept changing/extending. My Scientific America cable box fails to reset, even with hard resets requested online. “Boot’ sign appears  Any update most appreciated! Thanks from Gator Town
