Remote not responding since pairing w/speaker

XR15 contour remote, LG tv. Just bought a Bose tv speaker and all went well with the setup- optical cable. After the setup so that contour remote can control the speaker, we can no longer power on/off, or choose source with the contour remote. Any ideas to fix?

Hi Grinandbearit, I'm sorry that adding the speaker has caused this frustration, and I'm glad you reached out to us here. Welcome to Cox Forums! I'd like to clarify a couple of things, so bear with me a moment. Before adding the speaker, the Contour remote changed the TV Input and powered the TV on and off. After the speaker setup, the Contour remote controls the speaker but no longer controls the TV Input and Power. Do I have that correct? -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
