Missing Episodes

Episodes 1 and 4 of Dr. Who season 11 are on demand (bbc america) but not episodes 2-3. Any help would be appreciated.

Chat is missing. Nobody answers calls. I need to cancel payment, but conveniently can’t get through to anyone.
