I'm trying to order the variety pak online, but cox wants to make me get a second contour box. I only have 1 TV. How can I get around this?

I''m trying to order the variety channel pak online, and cox is making me order a second contour box. I only have 1 TV, this makes no sense. How can I get around this?

I'd skip ordering online and send an email to Cox at cox.help@cox.com with your full name and complete address.

I would call and speak to sales, or retention. See if you can add the variety pak AND lower your bill at the same time.
